FAQs
You can pick up your bike at parking space of both universities. We are open 7 days a week from 9:00 – 18:00. See the contact page for a map with the exact location.
The rental period starts from the day you pick up the bike. The bike has to be returned before the due date. It’s always possible to extend the rent.
The rental fee has to be paid upfront (in cash or by card) when you pick up your bike. The rent is 30 euro per month with a minimum of 3 months. A full year is 250 euro.
All maintenance and repairs due to normal use of the bike is covered. Damage caused due to crash or neglect will be charged for.
If your bike needs maintenance or repairs you can contact us and we will take care of it immediately or give you a replacement bike. You can also go to another bike repair shop but that will be at your own costs.
In case your bike got stolen you have to bring the keys of the bike and a police report. A deductible of 70 euro per case is applicable. If you can’t show the keys and a police report you will be charged 100 euro replacement costs. More information about how to safely park your bike and what to do in case of theft will be explained to you when you pick up your bike.
Please contact us and pick up a spare key in case you have lost your keys. The replacement costs are 7,50 euro per key.
Yes it’s possible to rent a bike for shorter periods but the price for 1-3 months is the same. The rent for one week is 30 euro, the second week 20 euro and the third week 10 euro.
